Announcements and staying informed

The Announcements page carries news that concerns customers - maintenance windows, new features, pricing changes. Worth a glance when something seems off before opening a ticket: a known maintenance window answers the question faster than we can.

Your email address on the account is where invoices, ticket replies and important notices go. Keep it current under Account - a bounced address means missed renewal notices, and missed renewal notices are how domains expire by surprise.
